You are eligible to initiate a return request for replacement for 15 days from the date your order is officially marked as delivered (confirmed by tracking).
- Grounds for Return
We will process a return request based on the following two conditions:
Item Not Received / Protection Period Exceeded
Resolution: Store Credit equal to the full purchase price.
Requirement: If your order does not arrive within the maximum guaranteed delivery time (typically 60 days) or is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Item Not As Described or Defective
If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description:
Resolution Priority: Replacement of the item.
Proof: Clear photo and/or video evidence demonstrating the defect or discrepancy is mandatory.
Return Shipping Costs: If a return is required by the supplier, we will assist you in resolving the cost, which is typically covered by the supplier in cases of their error.
Note on Refunds: All approved resolutions for items meeting Condition A or B will be processed as a Replacement or Store Credit.
- Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind
Policy: We do not accept returns, replacements, or offer store credit for reasons such as buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind,” “I ordered the wrong size/color”).
- How to Initiate a Request
Contact Us: Email us immediately at support1@klickbuyit.com with your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos and/or videos (required for defective/wrong items).
Resolution: We will work with our team to secure the approved Replacement or issue the Store Credit within 3-7 business days of resolution confirmation.
